Romneya

Miss Janey's Matilija poppy (Romneya coulteri) is blooming. Miss J adores this California natave: the tall stems (over 6 feet tall), the silver green foliage, the huge fried egg bloom. What a stunning plant.

It absolutely looks like a fried egg. I have never seen a white poppy before. Really pretty.
